Our AC/Heat unit on the wall was squealing for multiple hours. I called the front desk and the individual working said he hasn’t received any other complaints. It was 4am, he offered to change us rooms but we declined at my husband gets up at 5am. Emailed the LaVista guest services (Jenni is the manager I believe) email that he gave me and emailed twice with the video and our issue. No response so I sent an email the Hilton complaint email. She called me within 2 hours and argued with me about my experience and said she couldn’t help due to us booking thru Expedia. She continued to argue with me and acknowledged she didn’t look at her email that was given to me by the front desk person. Unpleasant experience with the manager Jeni. She didn’t even ask about what was wrong with the room. Just wanted to argue.
