Help was very kind,respectful, and helpful. Air conditioner was old, loud and did not work well. We stayed 2 nights, there was no service to replace towels or make up bed, to receive this you had to call the front desk. Pool area outdoors had a kiddie pool a hot tub, and large inground pool. Also had an indoor pool and hot tub.

I would probably rate this as "average", especially since I was expecting Anchorage to be a cut above..It was nice having beach access and restaurant across the street., Room was small compared to other places I have stayed. I wish they had a small microwave in the room so I could reheat my fish dinner (instead of an iron/ironing board..who uses this anymore ?) Also , coffee options was dark roast only.. Maybe for the price they could upgrade to a small k-cup machine?

The pool, hot tub, and staff were all great. The restaurant across the street was delicious. The property itself looks nice if you’re staying in one of the updated buildings. We were not. The walls are thin, and you could hear everything in your neighbors rooms. The doors were also so loud and squeaky. The room setup was fine. Clean, had everything we needed, but there was so much furniture that it was a tight squeeze to get across the room.

Great ocean front property

Another successful stay at the Anchorage. I tend to come during off season so there is always a plethora of work being done to get ready for the summer season. But everyone always is respectful, kind, and stays as out of the way and non disruptive as possible. Rooms are tidy. Amazing views.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Staff set up rose pedals with a heart shaped from towels on the bed. (I requested the rose pedals) for our anniversary. Staff very friendly. Only complaint is the price was high $400+ and noisy in the hallway outside of room that woke us up many times

Stay was very pleasant. Staff interacted with were upbeat, positive and friendly. Room and bathroom clean. Appreciated extra set of towels in room. Grounds beautifully maintained. Inn was good walking distance to all amenities and quick drive to lighthouse and Ogunquit. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I had a great stay. The room was perfect for two adults and a child. Having a microwave in the room was a big help with a 9-year-old. The only issue we had was with our keycard. We had to go to the front desk twice to get it reactivated. I have never had this happen before. Their answer was to keep it away from your cell phone. I think they need to invest in a better system. Stayed at many hotels and have never had this happen.
