Unhelpful, uncomfortable

The 'hotel' was unhelpful with allowing us to leaving our luggage in the property earlier in the day before the late check in time. This meant we had to carry around our bags to the wedding we were attending. This was particularly unhelpful. Also when we did arrive at the property, it wasn't clear exactly where the keys were, and which lock box contained them. After a very long day traveling and attending the wedding I was kneeling down in the dark trying to unlock a padlock to get into the room. My hands got covered in greasy dirt and then it turned out to be the wrong padlock!

一軒屋で内鍵が閉まらず、薄い布団で寒くて眠れず、フロント不在で電話もメールもなかなか連絡繋がらず、何も解決せずに何時間もかかった。もう懲り懲りです。

布団が置いてある場所に布団を敷いたら狭く、壁に足がついてしまった。布団が薄く寒かった。自転車が錆びており、乗るのをやめました。それ以外は良かったてす。

見た目以上に快適

想像以上に清潔、快適でした。 鎌倉駅まで歩ける距離でしたが、子連れで荷物が多買ったので、駐車場がもっと安かったらなと思いました。

Their staff is so helpful, when i encounter any issue, they will try their best to help me. The instant response is super useful. The house is great, yet please kindly bring toothbrush with you.

Petite maison sympathique et bien équipée. Dommage que l espace pour dormir à 4 soit si petit. Nous avons dormi sur un petit matelas à même le plancher, pas de tatami, donc très peu confortable. A 5 minutes de la plage et à 10 minutes des restaurants.

鎌倉〜江ノ島散策の拠点に最適

ホテル近隣のコインパーキングにマイカーを預けて宿泊しました。鎌倉駅まで歩いて10分未満。大仏を拝んで江ノ島電鉄で江ノ島まで遊びに行きました。 小中学生2人、大人2人で宿泊しました。4人分のふとんを敷くには少し窮屈な間取りですが、快適に過ごす事ができました。

整體來說很好

交通稍微不便，附近有公車站，但要坐計程車無法路邊叫車（可能是鎌倉的計程車很少）。房間大約四人入住最剛好，房間舒適環境清幽，若不介意走10分鐘左右的路前往車站者很適合入住此住宿

清潔で過ごしやすかった。

とても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 近隣はコンビニの駐車場も有料なため、自転車があって助かりました。 ただ冬だったので、トイレが温便座でなくとても冷たかったのと、建物の壁が薄いのか寒く、ずっと暖房を点けたままでした。 洗濯や自炊できるので、大人数での連泊には最高です。 夏にまた利用できればと思います。
