The staff was very hospitable, both at the hotel and restaurant. The French restaurant they have on property is amazing, phenomenal food, and the service was excellent. A perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

Highly recommended

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The location is excellent by the Shonan beach and the view from the room was very nice. More importantly, the hotel staff members are customer focused and make sure every customer feels special. I would stay at this hotel again when I visit Kamakura again in the future.

Nice hotel - clean with friendly staff. The room smelled a little musty and was a bit dated but very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast at the hotel - it was a little expensive for wha my we got considering we had already paid $291 to stay the night.

The view was amazing, ans so was the bathroom. For the price, i expected the room to be a little more chic, and the free bar to contain more cold drinks than just water (there was delicious hot tea and coffee that could be made though, so maybe that's just not a Japanese thing to do). The elevator was really cheap looking which made the hotel feel a little disguised into a chic hotel. The staff was absolutely lovely and we still had an amazing stay. Please note my standard are also very high, but for 300$ a night, I think it's fair of me. The american breakfast was ordinary, however the cutlery was very nice.

Great hotel and very friendly and professional staff! Conveniently located near the beach and very close to top sights around that area. We loved our Japanese style room that was very spacious, clean and perfect for our 2 little kids as it has more space to move around daytime with put away futons. Highly recommend this hotel!
