신요코하마의 호텔중 가성비가 좋은 호텔에 속하며, 침구도 뽀송하고, 청소상태도 좋다. 아침식사 품질 좋은편. 신요코하마역에서 바로 연결되는 엘리베이터가 있으며 같은 건물에서 쇼핑도 가능하다. Gym이 좀 작은것과 날씨가 더워서인지 룸 안의 에어콘이 시원하지는 않았던 것, 아침식사의 음식과 과일이 거의 바뀌지 않는 부분 3가지 단점. 이외에는 괜찬다.

Convenient is the key. 2nd floor is the main transportation floor to go anywhere including airports. Hotel is on the 10th floor with adequate dinning options. 3rd to 9th floor are shopping malls and fast food area. Direct Bus to HND airport ( 30 to 50 minutes)

Everyone was very nice at this property. It is also attached to a mall, which was convenient. Down side was there was no where for the taxi to drop us off for a handicapped person and the dryers took forever to dry. Please allow yourself extra time when you are doing laundry. Otherwise we loved everything else about this property.

The hotel is on top of the station which make it perfect and easy to get around I stay here on every trip to Tokyo area. The only thing I think they can improve on would be faster access to elevator since it’s on the 10th floor it always a wait and packed elevator
