Relax in a coveted neighborhood of old Cape Cod (Bay side of 6A), a minute's walk from the quaint main street in Yarmouth Port and a short walk to the marshlands (Barnstable Harbor). Gray's Beach and Millway beach are under 3 miles.

Newly renovated bathrooms; new kitchen appliances and quartz countertops. This Royal Barry Wills designed Cape-style ranch (1959) full of antiques and large windows sits atop a large property on a secluded street. An open design invites socializing: the entry hall creates a single, large space with a cathedral ceiling living room overlooking trees on three sides and a dining room that leads to the back garden patio.

The home also offers privacy: the central hallway has a bedroom on the right with a backyard view, a right corner bedroom, another bedroom with a side garden view, and, on the left corner master bedroom suite that opens to the front and side gardens. Bedrooms include hypoallergenic duvets & pillows; linens included.

Great Location!

Beautiful older home located in a picturesque neighborhood of Yarmouth, MA. Loaded with beautiful antique furnishings and paintings. Large enough for a larger family and fully stocked kitchen to make a family meal. Waking distance to gift/coffee/ice cream shops and the marsh. Beach towels /chairs and boggle boards available to use was a nice added amenity for a lovely family beach day.Communication with property manager excellent, very responsive to emails/questions.
