Location of property is good, area sketchy The facility is new. Attention to detail will go a long way. Even though the room looked clean, The floor was dirty, they need to be mopped. Our feet were black walking on the floor barefoot. Also the bathtub drain had a lot of hair in it. Overall the rooms are decorated nicely. Staff were friendly.

There were only two hotels with outdoor pools in Yakima. Hotel Y looked like a nice hotel online but it was not in the best area. The room had a smell, a few gnats were in the room, the towels did not smell freshly cleaned. I will not be staying there again.

Flooring in the bathroom needs to be repaired. It seems as though there was a little bit of water flow that lifted the flooring, creating a slight problem. But nothing that was worth complaining about only to bring note to maintenance. I always stay here because it is clean, reasonable, and easy access off the freeway. Great breakfast, and great staff. The beds are very comfortable and bedding is nice as well!
