COMMUNITY RULES We live on a Residential Site which has its own Community Rules. Whilst staying at this villa please ensure that you abide by the following rule with regards to noise to respect our resident neighbors : There is to be no noise between the hours of 23.00 and 09.00 and also try to keep the noise down between the hours of 15.00 and 17.00 (they like their Siestas!). VILLA RULES Please ensure that you treat the villa and its contents with respect. We appreciate accidents can happen, so if anything gets broken during your stay please let us know as soon as possible so that we can ensure that it can be replaced/fixed. It is your responsibility to remove the rubbish from the villa Please ensure that you leave the villa at 10am on your day of departure, to ensure that we can prepare it for the next guests arrival. Please do not feed the cats, and PLEASE, PLEASE do not allow them in the villa – the next guests may be allergic! Please do not smoke in the villa, feel free to smoke outside on the terrace. Christmas 2019

We stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas. John the owner was very helpful throughout the process. Outside area was fantastic, pool was great and the bar area an added bonus. Inside the property is pleasant and ideal for a family with smaller children (ours are 20 & 17, ) space for a car on the property and if you want to walk, it's a good 15 minute walk to the sea front. Overall a nice stay.
