The hotel staff were very friendly and the spa in particular is well worth a visit. The rooms were fine and the pool area is nice in the sun. Drink options are quite varied with an upcharge for branded drinks which is expected on an all inclusive. The food was average, breakfast probably the best out of the 3 main meals. Food was quite badge and bland with not masses of choice but it was average.

Overall the hotel was tired with lots of examples of wear and tear that had not been addressed. We were all inclusive but one day of this experience put us off and we ate out the remainder of our stay. The food was Luke warm and mushy from being over cooked. The beds were very comfortable. Location is a bit out of the way so car hire is advisable. Ok experience but. No desire to return to this hotel.

Amazing hotel and staff! It is with absolute sincerity that I finally get to set aside a few minutes to thank you for what would have been a disaster if it weren’t for your caring attention concerning my Passport/ Credit cards that I had locked up in the room safe while on vacation earlier this month. Given the time lapse since the incident may support how strongly I feel in gratitude for the way you acted way beyond what could be expected in having my credentials removed from the room safe and delivered to the airport,allowing me to travel home without having to re-book flights and hotelsby Taxi.   The mere thought of the anguish and distress makes me shiver, and I so want you to know that your caring efficiency saved me way beyond the norm and shall remain in my prayerful thoughts for a long time to come. Highly recommend 🙌

Good for family holiday

5 star for veg food request 5 star for kids entertainment every day 5 star for swimming pool and gym quality 3 start for room quality .. we found ANTs - hormiga every where they can’t stop even we spray killer . Management need to short out .

The hotel was on a quiet road and as the bar and entertainment areas were away from guest accommodation we were not disturbed at night. all amenities on site were good. The service from reception was good with any issues (safe door not opening, patio door handle broken) resolved quickly. Housekeeping and bar staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly . The dining experience was abysmal and the quality of food, especially hot food at dinner and breakfast was not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

We stayed at the Mirador before Covid, we enjoyed it so decided it would be a safe bet to stay again. We like to walk so its handy for getting out to the beaches at Papagayo and theres a complex nearby which has shops and cafes. Getting a taxi into town is easy and cheap. We arrived much later than planned but the receptionist checked us in efficiently and with good humour. However, the wifi is poor, I had to tether off my phone; one receptionist I found to be quite surly and not at all a pleasant person to deal with and I saw her dealing with other guests in the same manner.

Staff is super friendly, dinner and breakfast are nice. However, the room was hot, and the AC didn’t work, they send someone to check but just looking at it and changing the air direction wasn’t going to help. As it was ground floor, sleeping with the window open wasn’t an option either so was very uncomfortable at night because it was so warm in the room. Also the internet didn’t work, once in a while I was able to connect but that was it. You would expect better in 2023…

Super séjour dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Il y a 2 piscines dont une plus calme si besoin de se reposer. L’hôtel est super bien placé, à proximité des plages de Papagayo et de la Marina Rubicon. Si vous avez loué une voiture, vous avez pleins de place dans la rue devant l’hôtel, nous n’avons jamais eu de mal à trouver une place. Ensuite, concernant la demi pension, il y avait du choix. Je pense qu’il ne faut pas s’attendre à du fait maison mais il y a quand même de bons produits. Et enfin, un grand merci à tout le personnel, qui a été serviable, souriant et agréable.
