This modern 3 bedroom villa is set in a quiet residential area just 20 minutes' walk to the main amenities in the centre of Playa Blanca. The bright and airy property is spacious throughout with high quality furnishings and a sunsoaked terrace completed with a private pool. The lively Rubicon Marina is also easily accessible by car and is well worth a visit during your stay. WiFi and pool heating are included along with air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge area.
This semi-detached villa is situated in a residential area in Playa Blanca and is around 20 minutes' walk or five minutes by car from the resort centre itself. The nearest beach is Playa Dorada which is approximately 15 minutes' walk away. The lively Rubicon Marina is a little further by foot, and only five minutes by car, where you will find a variety of chic shops and places to eat set in a tranquil atmosphere.
