Stay was average at best, same with food and drinks. The room was not the cleanest with very basic amenities and outdated. Woul not stay here again.

Average stay

Was apprehensive due to the negative reviews, but decided to book anyways. It was an average stay, the place is a bit run down but overall is fine. Hotels.com told me check in was 12 but when I got there I was told it was 3pm, so something to consider. The room is basic but has all you need. I found the beds very uncomfortable even with a mattress topper, but that sort of thing is subjective. There were lots of those little ants which was very annoying (kept finding them on / in my backpack) but I heard it’s pretty likely to have them wherever you go on the island. Staff were friendly, which was nice. There’s a free coach that can take you to / from the beach twice a day. The pool & surrounding areas looked clean, was great to see the pool bar had paper cups to ensure no glass was broken by the pool. Food was fine, they had a few vegetarian options at every meal which was great. The restaurant itself was clean and staff were hard at work.

El hotel necesita algunos arreglos, pero en general, está bien. Algunos clientes no permiten mantener las instalaciones más cuidadas con "descuidos" tales como dejar platos con comida en la puerta del apartamento o vasos con bebidas por los pasillos...Queremos agradecer a Lulú, de recepción, su cálida y maravillosa bienvenida. Por suerte, pudimos despedirnos de ella a la salida y queremos reiterar nuestro agradecimiento por su amabilidad.El chico del bar de recepción y una chica del comedor (espero disculpen que no les haya preguntado su nombre) fueron muy simpáticos y amables. Nuestro apartamento tenía unas preciosas vistas a Fuerteventura. Tuvimos unas estupendas vacaciones!

Bonjour, Sur 5 personnes de ma famille, 4 personnes sont tombées malade à cause de l'alimentation pendant 2 jours ce qui nous a gâché les vacances sur les 6 jours sur place. D'autres clients de l'hôtel ont également été souffrants.
