I would not call it a luxury villa - it lacked a decent sofa - so no where comfortable to sit inside. The outside garden furniture was very poor and cheap. The outside had flaking white paint and got everywhere - it needs a serious coat of looking at!! I would not stay here again given the facilities and price they are asking. I don't think I've ever met such a rude poolman and the fact he never moved the numbers on the outside key safe!! The cleaning staff were very nice. The villa advertised a safe, it was very apparent there was none. The host provided a safe but it was not bolted to anything - so anyone could have walked off with it. We were informed that there is no crime in the area and not to worry! The pool had small tiles falling off daily and was advertised as a heated pool - you have to pay extra for heating - we were there for a month and was offered a deal for 360 euros - which we declined. Overall we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend the Villa

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 31-night stay at Casa Yaza. The villa is in an excellent and peaceful location in Playa Blanca—just a couple of minutes’ walk to the supermarket, bus stop and seafront, and only 10 minutes on foot to the shops and restaurants at Rubicon Marina.The house is very well equipped. We chose to eat in more often than we ate out, and found everything we needed in the kitchen, including plenty of utensils, pots, and pans. The villa was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout our stay, and the pool was a fantastic addition that we made great use of.A special mention must go to our wonderful host, Beatriz, and her family. They ensured the villa remained immaculate during our stay and responded immediately to any questions or minor issues.We would highly recommend Casa Yaza to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with everything conveniently close at hand.

Excellent well appointed pool villa. Beatriz was an superb host and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The bed was very comfortable and the television in the lounge had a great selection of channels. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is well equipped, and if you decide to dine out, you are a 15 minute walk along the boardwalk to Rubicon Marina where there are many excellent restaurants. The villa is also less than a 5 minute walk to 2 supermarkets. The accommodation is situated in a quiet area so if you are looking to relax, you have peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of Playa Blanca. I would highly recommend Casa Yaiza.

Do not hesitate.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa from start to finish.The pool – incredible.Location – perfect. The supermarket is just a 2-minute walk, the marina about 10 minutes, and Playa Blanca is only a 25-minute stroll or a short 4-stop bus ride. The bus stop is conveniently right next to the supermarket.The host was fantastic, answering any questions almost immediately.The villa itself is beautifully equipped, with three comfortable bedrooms and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. There’s a charcoal BBQ and a lovely outdoor dining area – but honestly, we spent most of our time by the pool!Our only regret? Not booking for a longer stay.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Beatriz is a wonderful host who couldn't do enough to help make our stay special. She supplied lots of very useful information (along with a couple of bottles of wine and water, which was great as we're on a later arrival flight). We got a transfer to-from the Airport (60 Euro's each way). The instructions to get to and into the villa were very clear, and the Villa itself is exactly like the pictures. It is in a very quiet and pretty area, 2 minutes from the lovely promenade. You don't need a car for this holiday. There is a well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes walk, along with a restaurant and a quiet bar. It's just 15-20 minutes along the front to the lovely harbour at Yaiza that has an abundance of seafront restaurants. there is a lovely walk to the busier parts of Playa Blanca that takes about 45-55 minutes, or a bus near the supermarket that takes you there in 10 minutes for 1.40 Euros. One of the best places we've ever stayed and will be returning - I can't recommend it highly enough - thanks again Beatriz

Lovely Villa in a great location

We had a great holiday, the villa was ideal for a young family. The pool was heated which was lovely.The location is great with the Marina being in close walking distance and having a wide range of restaurants and bars.The host was always on hand to deal with any questions and we would highly recomd.

Great last minute vacation

Had a relaxing week here with a friend.Villa is comfortable & all amenities available. The pool was clean, a good selection of TV channels & well equipped kitchen. I did have to work & the wifi was great to handle that. Only small issue for me was the bed was a bit too hard but that is personal preference. Would use the villa again

Thank you to Beatriz for being the perfect host. The villa was spotless and the pool perfect. English TV was a bonus too. Great location, so near to the supermarkets and a10 minute walk to the Marina. We all loved it. Communication with Beatriz was excellent throughout! Highly recommended. Thank you.

Stay at Playa Blanca

Lovely well equipped villa for perfect holiday. Communication with the host was easy, she was very attentive and accommodating. Villa is spacious, well located with easy access to Rubicon Marina, nearby beaches. We rented a car and explored the island. Recommendations by host was very helpful and informative. Nearby supermarket is excellent for everything you might need on holiday. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location for couples or young families

An end of terrace house, with all the necessaries for a relaxing holiday. Perfect for young families where the massive private pool takes away any need to trek to the beach. Ideally located in good area, 5 minutes walk to well stocked supermarkets, 10 minutes walk along the promenade to the restaurants and bars at the Marina. In addition to all of this, there is Beatriz!. I don't know what being a "premier host" means, but Beatriz fits the description perfectly. Her friendliness and attention to your needs are unsurpassed. One piece of advise though is if staying during the winter months, have the pool heated, it's well worth the supplement. In fact, if I was the owner I'd build it into my price and promote the pool as "heated" as a sales asset.

Excellent location.

Casa Yaiza is a lovely comfortable villa. Beatriz is a terrific host. Excellent communication. The cleanliness is outstanding. Cleanest villa we have ever stayed in. ! The pool is perfect. With it being January we opted to have it heated. The kitchen has recently been refurbished and has everything that is required. The lounge has a comfy sofa and large TV with english channels including movies. The bedroom has a memory foam mattress and TV in the bedroom. Plenty wardrobe and drawer space The bathroom has bath with overhead shower . Outside has a beautifull pool. Large dining table and charcoal bbq. The sunloungers could do with replacing Overall a fabulous stay. Thankyou Beatriz.

Fantastic Villa & Amazing Host

The Villa itself is wonderful, very comfortable for 4 adults. Inside, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage. 1 Shared bathroom upstairs, which again, has everything you would expect. The lounge has a comfortable seating area and dining table and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare and cook if that is what you want to do. The outside space is great, a big swimming pool that was cleaned on a weekly basis and plenty of room for relaxing and eating. The location of the villa is also great, 3 minute walk to 2 supermarkets, 12-20 minutes walk (depending on speed, we timed it!) to the Marina and 10 minutes to Los Colorades. A taxi into main Playa Blanca was around 5 eur. Beatriz is the host, and is amzing. We had a 1 or 2 minor issues that she resolved within an hour of contacting her and 1 issue with the electricity disconnecting - this was on a Sunday morning at 8.30am and by 10am everything was fixed. She also done a weekly express clean, which was great and also meant we got to meet in person. I would recommend getting the pool heated, we were here in October when it was unseasonably hot and we still found the pool to cold without heating - easy to arrange with Beatriz. The Wi-Fi is perfect, i worked remotely without any issue. To make this villa top top class, i would say the missing points are Air Con (we hired locally) and perhaps a more updated Smart TV, that had netflix/casting with more UK channels (IPTV)

Perfect Villa

It is better than the pictures, it's even bigger than it looks in the pictures! Locak area is lovely, very quiet so not noisy when you're relaxing around the pool. Owner was only a text away with any issue we had, no major problems just a couple of the windows didn't lock, but the owner sent someone to fix them straight away. Ideal location, easy to get to Playa Blanca and if you hire a car easy to drive to Peurto Del Carmen too! Would definitely stay again!

Huis met heerlijk zwembad op ideale locatie!

We hebben genoten van ons 5-daags verblijf in villa Yaiza. Het huis is goed gelegen; weg van de drukte maar toch dichtbij de haven, stranden, restaurants, supermarkt enz. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Het contact met Beatriz verliep heel goed. De attentie die op ons wachtte bij aankomst, werd zeer gewaardeerd! Bedankt!

Wir verbrachten 5 Wochen in der Villa Yaiza und waren zufrieden.Das Haus liegt ruhig, die große Strandpromenade erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses speziell der Küche könnte besser sein,aber das Notwendigste ist vorhanden.Die Terasse und der angrenzende Garten laden zum Entspannen ein mit Sonne von vormittags bis in den späten Nachmittag (windgeschützt!). Antonio war jederzeit erreichbar und kleinere Probleme wurden zeitnah gelöst. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren für ein paar Tage im Haus bei Antonio, der Kontakt war super und wir genossen die Zeit dort. ALLES vorhanden vom deutschen TV bis zur Waschmaschine. Sehr sehr sauber !! Bis Marina Rubicon 10 Minuten zu Fuss, hyper dino Supermarkt in 3 Minuten erreicht. Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist auf 4 Personen ausgelegt...next year soll es einen Pool geben... vlg aus Bavaria Thomas & Petra

Excellent séjour à la villa Yaiza

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Yaiza. L'annonce correspondait exactement à la réalité. La maison était propre à notre arrivée et une petite surprise nous attendais (Merci Antonio !). La proximité des plages de Papagayo est un vrai plus. La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme avec une petite supérette à proximité. Nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité prix excellent et nous recommanderions cette location à des amis si l'occasion se présente. Nous avons eu des contacts avec Antonio uniquement par message mais à chaque fois la réponse apportée était adaptée.

Bien ubicado, cerca del paseo marítimo, el propietario muy amable y rápido al responder cuando le preguntamos algo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y nos dejaron detalles como fruta, agua y champán que se agradecen mucho. Solo echamos de menos el tener una piscina en la urbanización
