From this space, you have direct access to the terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool and offers stunning views of both the sea and the mountains. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living area, featuring an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine with Dolce Gusto capsules, and a dishwasher.

The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bath and WC as well as air conditioning.
