The hotel is newly renovated, everything is clean and well designed. The rooms are spacious and the beds are soft. They provide unlimited free water bottles that you can grab, which is really nice given the hot weather.

Excellent breakfast variety. Front desk staff are well trained and super helpful. New-ish hotel. Free afternoon tea spread came in handy on rainy days. Special mention to 王姬 for serving us even after we walked in after 5pm closing time. Tour agent at front desk proved most useful. Got Xian Museum ( chinese) guided tour and Tuo Ling camel show ticket at awesome price.

Modern and well-designed hotel, well-located. Easy walk to Muslim Street. Free laundry is a nice bonus but beware the dryer doesn't remove all moisture. Laundry ih high demand in the evening, so recommend going during the day.

Best hotel we stayed during our multi-city trip. The room is very big and clean with a modern touch. The hotel offers free afternoon tea (great quality) and good night soup. Breakfast choices are ample and my kids really enjoyed it. Location of the hotel is great! Right in the middle of the city within walking distance to a main subway station and the attraction (the drum tower and bell tower of Xi'An). Would recommend.
