Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

Communication with Bonnie was clear, timely, and resourceful. The owners went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, settled, and created space to relax during a busy travel work week. The snacks, drinks, and desserts provided were a great touch and greatly appreciated! Very clean space, had everything I needed for the week, and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus from my busy days! We had a lovely weekend visit to see our son who is in school nearby. The house is perfectly clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Communication with Bonnie was quick and easy, and she was kind enough to let us reschedule due to an ice storm which changed our plans.
