Staff were friendly and cleaning team excellent. Unfortunately the bed very hard. Breakfast was additional but at £20.00 when book it was good value. The breakfast had lots of choice and good quality. We did have difficulty finding bowls and items could be replenished quicker.

Room was not cleaned until 3.45. Could not get through to housekeeping, so went to reception desk where I was told the delay was due to guests checking in/out. What about the paying guests who were still in residence? Also the chairs in the bar and restaurants need deep cleaning or replacing as badly stained.

Had a really great short stay, cannot fault the hotel or staff. Good location for central Leeds, although perhaps a little too good - the noise from a nightclub two streets over could be heard in the room until the early hours.
