The staff gave me someone else’s room key. The room is very small. The decor was clearly done on a budget and without much care for details. When I got there the lobby was packed full of people at Christmas parties. There’s one small lift for the entire place and it’s very slow. Dirty bathroom.

Hotel refurb very nice, bedroom very nice , staff need to have uniforms or badges very scruffy in own causal clothes. Breakfast very poor needs more variety not fitting with the smart look of the hotel. Bar and restaurant need more of a cosy feel

Had a great stay in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We upgraded to premium double room and it certainly didn't disappoint, the room itself was spotlessly clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Staff accomadating. Only issue is there are NO drawers in the rooms to put small items of clothing. There is a hanging rail but no storage for other item, so had to leave most things in the suitcase
