Didn’t realise until arrival that they require a pending hold on your card, which means practically you’re £30/40 down straight away, until they, after a while in my case, release the hold. I came across a rather rude receptionist who was just insulting due to my reasonable surprise in that matter and my need to rearrange some funds due to the unmentioned hold. Wouldn’t stay again

The location is great, close to many food options and it’s right next to trinity so we can do some shopping. The bathroom is a little small but clean and the rooms where comfortable

3 day stay

Rooms are basic could do with a desk or chair bed was comfortable would have really have liked a kettle in the room ( spent a fortune at the machine in reception) location is good and when I asked for extra pillows they were brought to my room within 5 minutes also the tv had frozen and someone came to it with in 10 minutes so staff were quick to sort any problems out
