Lovely place to stay.

From the moment we arrived at reception we were exceedingly happy with our stay. The receptionists were delightful. Our room was airy, clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/hot chocolate and lovely bathroom products. Breakfast was delicious with great options for meat eaters and vegans! And all the staff were pleasant and friendly. A lovely place to stay.

Not up to Crown Plaza Standard

Hotel needs a complete refurb. I am IHG Platinum Elite member and I stay in their hotels all over the world and the condition of this Crown Plaza falls well below the usual standard. Windows in bedrooms look like they are about 50 years old, and the rooms feel ā€˜tiredā€™. spa area including changing rooms needs completing redecorating. Restaurant and bar area is nice

Everything was great but they told us that our child wasnā€™t allowed in the lounge but when we went in to get drinks and sit outside with my son they was full of kids. Thought it was a dig at us for having an autistic child. He felt he did something wrong thatā€™s why he couldnā€™t go in and other kids were allowed. Heartbreaking

Lovely stay

Lovely stay at the Crowne plaza Leeds. Patrice on reception is a real asset to the team she is so friendly and helped us with an issue we had with the heating. She checked on us the next morning to make sure it was all ok. She gave us a smile and a wave every time we came past she really made our stay. The breakfast was really excellent the best we have had in a while. The pool is really nice & we will be coming again.

We booked a last minute break to take our Grandson away for the night and picked this particular hotel for the pool. Facilities where great, staff was very friendly and the food in hotel restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic service !

Service was exceptional! I had a baby and needed help with sterilising his bottles and staff were so helpful and went over and beyond with everything! Room was a bit cold when we arrived but they provided us with a heater which did the trick ! Room was in an ok condition could do with a bit of a refurb ! Overall really pleasant stay as service was exceptional!
