Wonā€™t book I is ever again

For the third time of telling WE DIDNT STAY AT THE HOTEL. We were unable to travel and the hotel refused to change the booking and hotels.com didnā€™t facilitate any change either and the insurance was a waste of time so all in all it was a crap service and I lost money and no one cared. Stop asking me about this stay.

Nice stay.

Had a bit of a problem because i forgot to take the Hotels . com printed Email with me. And a bit of coms with my name but got sorted The receptionist wanted me to find the details on my phone Im crap on phones. But got sorted. Room basic but clean mattress Clean no need to get the dust mite spray out. Separate Toilet and Shower rooms and wash basin in the room. the shower i was able to get water warm. the breakfast is only continental cereals, toast, muffins croissants, Slices of ham and cheese Fruit Juice only one coffee machine. So made a toasted cheese and ham sandwiches to fill me up. staff nice. Hotel about 15mins walk from railway station.
