Great location, just near Leeds station and all the shops. The room was large and well equipped. However, the hotel is tired looking with old carpets and chipped furniture throughout, so would benefit hugely from a refurb.

Room clean, staff friendly. Good breakfast. Eggs and coffee made to order. Central location, great view of Leeds. Maybe hotel needs just touched up though to make it excellent, in terms of decor as noticeeable scratches and scrapes on furniture and walls.

The bar is incredibly expensive for very average wine, we werent told that you only get discount on parking if it is pre booked! Two half used rolls of loo paper were all we had in the bathroom and good luck turning the shower on without getting soaked with cold water. Turned the heating up in the room but it didnt make any difference at all.

2 night stay at this hotel , breakfast was good , staff at breakfast were very efficient, even though on one of the mornings it was very busy . Reception staff were very pleasant. Only downside for our stay was the bathroom we would have liked a walk in shower rather than over the bath shower . However we do recommend this hotel
