Room was "tired" and could use some updating. Coffee stains on lobby floor. Breakfast had few options, none hot. No hot chocolate available for the non-coffee drinkers. Sign on check in desk to "pick up phone" to get staff member, who came out from back room.

Check-in was great. Staff was very helpful. The room was okay. The carpet was odd, just loose on the ends and flared up against the wall, like it wasnt cut after installation. There were some random pieces of trash in the ground like a toothpick in the bathroom and what looked like nail clippings on the counter. Surfaces seemed clean other than that

When I arrived I was told I didn’t have a reservation. When I brought up my confirmation number on my phone (I had already paid online) they said I was already checked in. They had given my paid for room to someone with the same last name. The person at the desk was very rude and did not apologize. She acted like the mix up was my fault. In the end they did get me a room and the rest of my stay was ok.

Our first room initially appeared clean until we opened the curtains and found over a dozen dead bugs on the window ledge. It was after I sat down on the bed and looked up that I noticed several dozen bugs on the ceiling. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom at all, and we had a very hard time finding any staff anywhere to address any situation. When we did, they eventually did move our room and the second room was fine. We’ve been staying at this hotel for the past four years as our son goes to the local college however it has severely gone down in both condition and service. We had several reservations booked over the next few months, but I’ve canceled them all and we will be staying at other hotels.
