We booked this room and immediately received a text message from the manager there wasn’t any hot water. We just needed a place to sleep and for the kids to swim. Upon check in, the assistant General Manager Sarah, went above and beyond for us. She made sure to have good communication as to why there wasn’t any hot water. She upgraded our room at no cost and didn’t charge us an early check in fee, since we showed up 2 hours prior to check in. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the hotel itself. I woke up the next morning to start my car and it was dead. I contacted Sarah, and she had Odessa from maintenance come help me with my car. He was super friendly and stood in the freezing cold so I could make sure my car was started. Sarah also let us stay last check in so I could get my battery replaced. She was so amazing and so accommodating and very professional. The breakfast area was clean and food was great! The pool and hot tub were fun for my daughter and her friend, as they thought it was the coolest thing ever they could swim outside in the winter! I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely will be back when we come back next year for a dance competition!

The hot water was out..boiler was down..not the staffs fault..offered refund for night ..but since we went through 3rd party..expedia they wouldn't give no discount or deal.

They needed help making breakfast. When we got down there, almost everything was out and some things were totally out. It was pretty crowded with families so I don't think the cook could keep up fast enough. We had to wait for some time for some new stuff to come out.

The breakfast was different which in my opinion was good but they had no decaf coffee. Staff that we dealt with were very nice. Parking was also good. Room was clean when we arrived but cleaning was never done and we were there 5 nights. Floors outside rooms never vacuumed. Had to go to front desk to get new towels and toilet paper. There is a train that goes through town in the middle of the night blowing their whistle. Also an outside door that slams shut and rattles the whole room. The body wash ran out after 1st night. Fortunately brought my own.

Hot tub was broke. Pool was disgusting. The chlorine burns your eyeballs and the pool area was wrecked. The fire alarms went off at 11:30pm with no explanation from the front desk. Kids were running and screaming down the halls at 1am.

The bed had stains on the sheets. There was a used towel in the bathroom. The shower didn't have hot water. There was a hair tie on the carpet. I doubt the room had even been cleaned. The manager was very gracious and polite in doing her best to make everything right.
