Had no heat, they tried to fix it. Did not work they gave me a heater didn’t work. They found another one it worked. Staff was nice and offered another room after we were already in bed. So we just stayed home n our room. Asked for discount did not give us discount.

Exceptional hotel. 1. Clean. 2. Bed soft and pillows were great. 3. Had good line up hot food for breakfast (Sorry, kids. No make yourself waffles). 4. Free 24/7 access in the lobby to Starbucks coffee (hubby appreciated that). 5. The pool is cold but the hot tub was truly enjoyed.

heat and hot water did not work until called the front desk and they had to "flip a breaker". Toilet didn't want to flush. Pool was ice cold, no one would get in it, and hot tub was barely bath water, thermostat for both the pool and hot tub did not work.

Bath rms need dry wall repairs on ceilings in both rms booked. Could only get about 4 mins of hot water when I took shower at midnight. Others took showers in morning with no issues though.

This is a great mid price hotel with large rooms. The buffet breakfast is what you would expect and the pool and hot tub were nice even though we didn’t use them. The employees were kind and we would definitely stay here again.
