The hotel is basically clean but was understaffed. What staff that was there was friendly. They need to improve their breakfast. Only one person trying to keep food items full and also clean tables. They ran out of paper coffee cups. The night staff does not seem to communicate with the day staff. There had been a problem with the pool that ended up getting fixed at night but, they never let the day staff know.
