Was shocked when we saw how close the hotel is to Charing Cross Station but you would never know you are located so close to a major transport hub. Inside the hotel has a lovely, old world grandeur to it that you would never suspect from the outside. Staff members all seem to genuinely want to help you. The dining and breakfast experiences were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Courteous Staff, very clean room. Snacks in the bar were great especially the king prawns in garlic.
