Room 214 where I stayed for two nights felt unfinished no prints on the walls, coffee tray with kettle not placed near a socket and I cut my heal on the carpet grippers coming out of the bathroom on the stairs. The room lacked a fridge as well as robes and slippers to wear to go down to the pool. Our breakfast was extremely good and the staff were friendly.

They never gave us the room we paid for and around midnight the fire alarm kept triggering which was extremely loud I understand this is a common issue
