Lights didn't work properly in our room. One remote didn't work and when we asked for a new one, someone who spoke no english, came up to our room for a couple minutes to say something in spanish and leave and never came back to room. The waterpark kids area was in poor repair and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

This property is nice. It’s outdated yes, but it’s excellent for the price you pay and the amenities. I’d say this hotel caters more to younger children. We have stayed here multiple times.

Disappointing Stay – Facilities in Disrepair We booked this hotel specifically for our kids because of the advertised pool and hot tub in the same room, only to be met with significant issues. Upon arrival, we were informed the pool without the hot tub was cold due to a broken heater. What we weren’t told was that the hot tub was completely out of service, and the other pool’s filter wasn’t working, leaving the water murky, milky, and full of clumps of hair. It was unhygienic and completely unusable. I have photos from a visit two years ago, and the difference is shocking—what was once a clean and well-maintained facility is now neglected and disappointing. After only two hours, we decided to check out. While we were refunded for the remaining nights, we were still charged for the first night, despite the fact that we didn’t use the room because of the unacceptable state of the facilities. This experience was extremely frustrating. We wanted to stay and enjoy our time, but the lack of transparency about the state of the amenities and the overall poor condition of the pool and hot tub made it impossible. We won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to avoid staying here until these issues are resolved.

I was so excited as i rented out 3 rooms for myself and family members only for the adults to come to find out that the jacuzzi wasnt even working we were so sad because its so cold out and we were looking forward to it. Also at midnight the fire alarm went off and gave us all goosebumps. it went on for a while then i tried caling front desk to find out if we were okay and i never got an answer so we went back to sleep after they shut it off and then hour later the alarm goes off again now my anxiety is off the roof my 1 year old couldnt stop crying and is having panic attacks all day today now and i didnt get an apology at check out about the alarms at night . I feel sad.. but maybe will rebook in the summer.

Maybe someplace else next time…

The motel could certainly use an update. We had a room with 2 queens in one room, king in main room and a pull out sofa. Smoke alarm beeped most of one night for low battery, lock was broken on bathroom door and had trouble adjusting heater/air. We had to ask for more towels both nights we were there. The location was good. Price was high for quality of room.

The hot tub was broken, and the kiddie waterpark was in very poor condition, out of the three slides my child could only use one due chunks missing from the slide making it dangerous for them to go down. The pool was very murky. The guest laundry was very dirty and the dryer and detergent despenser were broken. When I went to ask to for change for the washer they were out of quarters. Lastly we paid for a room with a whirlpool tub and the hot water didn't get hot it was lukewarm at best and there was hair in the tub that didn't belong to any of my family. The workers were friendly though. Overall i was very disappointed and wouldn't stay there again.

I checked in with five children for a two night stay , so there were a total of six guests. I asked for additional washcloths, as there were only two in our suite I never received the washcloths… We enjoyed our stay however, it would have been better. Had we received the proper amount of towels.
