Everything was good and just like all the other places up here, there is no A/C. So that means the hallways are stifling and the room until we opened all the windows and left them open. Best part bed and pillows were amazing!

It was a very tired a hotel. . It showed a lot of wear and tear. Our room was not properly cleaned or vacuumed and the cleaning staff had left by the time we checked in so she gave me a vacuum so I could vacuum the room myself. Tiles missing on the Jacuzzi, the entire hotel looked like it was ready for a remodel or big face lift. I would NOT stay here again

The hotel was really nice and clean, and the staff were really friendly. There is no air conditioning though and the room was uncomfortably hot.

Room was lovely and fully equipped. Location was convenient. But the Mattress in the left was TERRIBLE. We ended up sleeping on the fold out couch instead(which was quite comfortable) but we did have to find the bedding and make it up ourselves since it was after midnight when we decided we just could NOT sleep on the regular bed.

Room was extremely hot, at least open windows and turn on a fan for your guests. It didn’t.cool off until early morning. Miserable night!! There were three spiders in the room and my friend woke up with a bite on his ankle.

This is a pet friendly hotel. Friendly staff, dated facilities. Thankfully it didn’t smell like pets, but when we changed out of our shoes there were wet spots on the carpet, likely from a recent carpet cleaning?

Great refreshing stop over

Nice room with kitchenette, had everything else needed. Pet friendly. Even the dogs get a welcome gift. Personal was friendly & always happy to help the restaurant and bar aren't open during the week but plenty to do in town.

Its a great place with a gondola next to the entrance that will take you to the main resort area.

We enjoyed our room and are glad we opted for the one with the loft bedroom. It was very large and comfortable. Things that need impromenent are updates to the bathroom, Fireplace didn't work, the lounge wasn't open, there was no cleaning service between nights. Some of the staff wasn't friendly (but some of the staff were friendly).
