Great location for Winter Park ski weekend
This apartment is in a great location. Convenient to restaurants and shops in Winter Park; very close to the free Lift bus stops to the ski mountain; and less than a 10 minute ride to the resort itself.The kitchen area is well stocked (though the coffee maker needs to be cleaned - I think there is a clog. A minor issue).The only disappointing factor was the building hot tubs were closed for repairs.Phil, the owner, was great to work with, responsive and accommodating!

Beautiful views!
The location of this condo was wonderful, felt very safe, and is a few minutes walk from so many restaurants. The condo itself has a beautiful view of town and the mountains and large balcony, fireplace and lots of space in the living area. The host was very kind and quick to answer and inform us on anything happening around the condo. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come again.

Great spot
This place is better than advertised. In addition to the great location, the property has good sized bedrooms, a large, well equipped kitchen and lots of room in the sunken living room. The host was VERY quick to respond to a couple last minute questions, and really if I’d just read the information he left, I wouldn’t have needed to contact him at all. Very pleased with this place and will be back.

Terrific Place!
Phil's place was great! Location second to none, parking, access, the place, supplies, his communication, and comfort was wonderful. A 4-day long weekend away for me to look around the area for my own place. I literally laid on one of the sofas all Sunday watching movies, listening to the rain, and looking out at the mountains.
LOVE the layout - upstairs open living; downstairs sleeping. Efficient, convenient, and a layout I would love to find in my mountain home. Kitchen remodel is fantastic, efficient, and fun to play/cook/work in while still being able to participate in conversations. I can easily see 8 ppl staying here without any problem. 3 bathrooms!! I wouldn't call it newly remodeled though -- the downstairs baths, kitchen, and faucets are great and make it updated but it is dated (It's an older building & unit - mid 1980's?. Did NOT have any issues.). The varnish smell is prevalent upstairs after being closed up all night - a simple opening of the sliders dissipates it. The balcony is not private as the 'emergency' doors between units are chained open. Not certain if that is due to the construction work going on or not. (NO noise from any working going on!)
Checkout was easy, smooth, and even when I boo-boo'd on something, Phil was very kind. I would definitely come here again! Thanks Phil!!
