The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, loved the floor to ceiling windows. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, especially Maham, she was very professional, polite, pleasant, and when I need assistance she was eager to lend a hand, (left my phone behind) and helped me problem solve. The breakfast was very good, nice options, would stay again.

We had high hopes for this property—it looks modern and well-designed, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the appearance. The room felt dirty from the start, with food stains on the desk and marks on the furniture. It gave off the impression of a budget hotel trying hard to appear upscale… and just missing the mark. When we arrived, the AC was off, the window shades were wide open, and the sun had turned the room into a sauna. It took hours to cool down, which made for an uncomfortable first night. Not the welcome you want after a long day of travel. On a positive note, the front desk attendant was lovely—clearly doing her best despite being overrun. The staff overall were friendly, welcoming, and seemed to genuinely care. The breakfast was decent, and we did feel safe and looked after. That said, this was our first and last stay. It’s a real shame, because with a bit more attention to cleanliness and operations, this place could be great. For now, it’s just not there.

Perfect stay

We had a perfect stay. The building is new and very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond making sure our room had no duvet (because of my allergies). The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel in a while. The kitchen staff was also very friendly. If I’m in the area, I will definitely stay here again.
