The wait time at check in was way too long. The floor was so noisy all night long with young poor people slamming the doors constantly going back and forth between rooms. Should book people who are travelling together with rooms together.

We called to ask if their pool was up and running and it was just heating element was broken so the pool was so cold we couldn’t swim long. We only booked this hotel because of the pool so it was a bummer. Room was clean and beautiful , breakfast was great and enough to go around
