This hotel even though older has been maintained well. The facility is clean and offers good comfort. The breakfast was very good with sufficient options. The staff were all attentive and very friendly.

It was my first time trying a Comfort Inn. The only issue I had was the bed was not very comfortable. Other than that it's fine. It has a gym and water stations which appealed to me. The breakfast was your standard fare. The staff were very attentive.

Excellent self serve breakfast. food was fresh and perfectly cooked. When we arrived, we were told our room was on the second floor. My wife is handicapped. When I asked if we could have a room on the first floor, the day manager was very courteous and gave us a first floor room. Thank you Comfort Inn Windsor.

Internet didn't allow the login, was a bit disappointed with that. I didn't complain as it was late & was tired. Bed was very comfortable & appreciated clean room. Staff were so friendly. Will stay again in the future.

The staff was excellent in dealing with the issues we had. There was a loud group of young men as part of a marketing team staying there with no chaperone. They would leave at 10pm, get drunk, and come back at 3-4am talking in the halls, slamming doors, playing loud music. Apparently they were trying to get into the wrong rooms and were vomiting in the hallways. These people should have been immediately removed from the premises. We were offered a discount for our trouble which we appreciated
