Wonderful experience
Had a wonderful experience. I was there for a tournament at nearby Tufts University and it was literally 5 minutes away by car which was perfect. The room was extremely comfortable, the morning breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant. Didn't use the pool or exercise room, but I looked and it was in use by guests. I was very pleased with my stay. Will stay again if I need to be in this area.

Property is nice., however the check in area also doubles as a bar. The standard room was nice and clean, but it needs to be updated for electronic devices. There were no USB or USB-C ports to charge my devices.

Ramona in the cafe is THE BEST! She was so friendly to everyone - made us all feel special and welcome. Keep her! She makes all the difference. All front desk staff were professional as well. Intermittent overwhelming marijuana smell throughout 2nd floor.

One night stay. Picked this hotel based on past experiences at other Hyatt Place locations. This one is a little worn. Though it is a featured perk, the Starbucks coffee service was not available. The coffee on the breakfast bar is TERRIBLE. Elevators are slow so allow extra time.
