This is a residential building that seems to offer vacant apartments as a hotel. With that comes residential behavior. Some floors smelled like cigarette smoke, some like marijuana. Sheraton Suites Wilmington Downtown
The suite was fantastic and reasonably priced. Really made a difference us to be comfortable (kids could be split between pull out couch and bed). The front desk was particularly helpful.
