First off they did not have our reservation. We were finally able to check in with the help of Expedia. We had a dirty room. Tub was gross, trash was not emptied and it looks to me like that they flipped the sheets to avoid changing them. There were also rocks all over the floor. When we checked out I told the guy at the desk I dont think the room was cleaned. He said it was prior to us checking in but wasn't inspected. All photos are attached. Definitely will not stay here again and I dont recommend it. We also found a ring and turned it into the Front Desk. I hope the owner found it.

Reserved two nights. We arrived late in the evening and got the only room available, Room 248. It reeked of cigarettes. My wife and daughter were disgusted but toughed it out the first night. Staff was good enough to move us to a room by the pool the next morning. It was much better. Only downside was the leak above the toilet from the room above that got me. Hope it wasn’t from their toilet but I fear it might have been. Pool was nice enough but not heated.

Let's see ..to start the front desk staff could careless about customer service. She saw me standing there waiting to check in....ignored me and kept carrying non her conversation with someone unseen for several minutes. And zero cordiality. Was told not to park along the fence line... across from the front desk because I might get towed. Ok fine. Odd, but thanks for the warning I guess. Overall grounds needs a good week-long cleaning. They don't even bother with the basics like sweeping. Room was ok. Though it seemed the cleaning was basic. The fridge ran all night and made it hard to sleep. My son also noted that the walls were paper thin and heard the next door neighbors opening and slamming their door to 2 am. So we were sure to return the favor when we left at 7. The pool was ok. Non heated, but ok. The hot tub was disgusting and you could see the mold and algae being pumped around. And the kiddie pool has green algae growing on the filter at the bottom. Both ice machines weren't working (we asked). Basically it was - oh well, too bad. And $158 a night is a joke. This is supposed to be a Wyndham property . If I were them, I'd pull my brand name off this property. What an embarrassment. Overall grungy area, and sketch inhabitants.

The place was dirty , more like rent by the hour place . The pictures online was def not the same as when ya get there , run down , smells , paint chipping off shower ceiling, very dirty in room , not family friendly, extra activity’s where happening during the night time and it wasn’t a couples thing we will say pay for fun . Disgusting idk how this place is on hotel .com it’s like we did a reenactment of Griswolds family vacation. I dont write reviews but my family and I were very disappointed not what pictures look like . Very gross place . No joke

Terrible stay. No one had hot water. They said the boilers were working and soon we would have hot water so I stayed but it never got hot or warm. The toilet was clogged and front desk said I had to wait until the next day at 9am. I had a jetted tub, paid extra for it and couldn’t use it because it had no hot water. The night guy at front desk said if to my husband if he didn’t like it we could leave. Except it was 1am and he couldn’t return my money. He wanted me to wait for his manager the next day after 9am. He wouldn’t answer the phone. We had to go several time to him to reach him. Also, we expected a hotel but you get a bates motel vibe. I Do not recommend
