Property was being refurbished with new mulch and plants look like they were doing a very nice job place is very clean. Your staff is very friendly a positive atmosphere a pleasant visit very pleasant my fiancé and myself are very impressed with everything and plan on coming back this is are third visit and are best visit to date with a casino and we have stayed at the famous ones it’s are thing we are the casino couple that’s what the staff and the airline staff call us affectionately and treat us like royalty. We met a lot of good friends in the air and at the casinos very very polite people my hats 🎩 off to everyone. Thank you for a great time. CAN’T WAIT TO ARE NEXT ADVENTURE TO A CASINO 🎰 RESORT 💯💃🕺❗️❗️❗️

We are local so the price was right as was the travel time😂 the room was very clean, comfortable and from the 9th floor the view was very nice! Royal Prime and Jerry Longos are great, looking forward to trying Macau Kitchen!

Plenty of food options. Casino have a variety of machines. Front office was sold out forbclub members but available online. Room rates were not in parity, different sites sold for less. Was told by desk agent expedia reservation would take an hour to receive, thats the standard. Check was fine, busy night at hotel. Roo. Was clean, walk to last room wnd of hall way was far. No options were given at check in. Sugar team was great. Food selection was yummy. Everyone was very energetic. Main bar was live with entertainment and bartenders were nice. Overall great casino.

A fight broke out on the 7th on 3/14. Called the front desk many times. No answer what so ever. I heard security came 1,/2 hr later. Called again in the morning to report no hot water still no pick up
