It’s a very old property. Tv did not work. It wasn’t the cleanest.

The staff were very friendly. We were not happy with first room, because the bed was too soft and at the very end of the building, a long way from the elevator. The gentleman was able to find us another room with better bed and closer to the elevator. Loved it.

Food at the Sugar club was slow. No Staff. We had to ask the hostess where our server was. People around us were waiting 20 minutes plus to even order and get a glass of water. Sad experience at the Sugar club. Bars were out of Chardonnay. However, other than that, good experience and better than average casino in the area. Horseshoe is a terrible casino compared to Bally's Dover.

Great place to stay!

Having never stayed at a Bally's resort it was a great experience for my wife and I. We were given a well-appointed suite. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Will will definitely plan on staying there again.

It’s easy parking . Staff is nice. Pool has been closed for years . Some restaurants not open Monday to Wednesday . Plenty of shopping and restaurants in area. Fun for a few days.
