The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff however didnt appear to be very fruendly or accommodating. First off let me admit, I did oversleep til about 11:15am, housekeeping knocked on the door and i told them i would be out in a few minutes. Almost 60 seconds later the front desk is blowing up the phone. I also informed them i overslept and would be out shortly. They called and knocked on the door every 2 minutes telling me checkout was at 11. Yes i overslept but they could have been kinder and more patient.

Our room was facing the main road on the second floor. There weren't any privacy/blackout curtains. This allowed the street lighting to shine in our room the entire night. Also, the window was open when we first arrived. It just didn't "feel" safe.
