Good to spend the night and continue your journey

The hotel was loud, a lady was screaming for about 2 hours, didn’t feel safe. Room was supposed to be non-smoking but the room smelled like cigarettes. Saw a lot of people walking around and smoking outside my room. Customer service was great, fast and easy check-in. The bed was comfortable, room needs to be upgraded, very old.

I was so unhappy with my experience at this location! I got to the location on time, I went to the front desk to check in, they told me that there were no rooms available, even though they saw my reservation. I shared that I had a reservation, they agreed. He said it didn't matter, I said why didn't you call me to let me know that it was canceled, I drove from Maryland here for a reason. I have an event to attend and that caused me to be late! I was so upset! I had to go across the street to The hotel 🏨 there paid lot of money for me to get a room. That was unfair and I believe I deserve to be compensated for my missed functions, paying over my plan budget and the headaches!

Our first night there our room was full of cockroaches and packed up immediately and was asked to move to another room asap!! Ive never been in a hotel motel and dealt with this kind of stuff. I don’t think we’ll ever book another day there because of the staff not caring or even making up for dealing with such disgust!!!
