Initially we thought the property was a bit run down, there were clearly people living there. The room itself seemed decent enough but we got BEDBUGS. My boyfriend and I have not stayed anywhere else besides this property and all of a sudden we have bedbugs? Absolutely disgusting. This place is run down and cheap for a reason. Do NOT stay here if you respect yourself.

It was horrible from the beginning down to bringing the bad service to the general manager. Starting with the call I had a few questions to ask the rep and as I asked the 2nd question he rudely interrupted and said with attitude "DO YOU WANT TO STAY HERE OR NO". Well in the mean time a family member book this hotel online not knowing of the situation and when I arrived the rep had that same issue. Nasty attitude and full of lies. I went ahead and paid even tho I was lied to about the deposit because I was on the road for 14 hours. Well walking into the room we had animal paw prints on the bed when brought to attention the rep said " WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT!!?" As if it was my problem. I left to clear my head and returned to a room with bugs (roaches) on the bed as well as the wall. Pissed off is an understatement. And when I tried to tell the GM He was just as rude and returned only $11.00 of the $116 plus tax before I even spoke with him about anything that went on. Then told me with attitude that nothing else would be done. I'll never return to this place and it needs to be shut down until better management is replaced. Because that is horribly ran as a business from the top of the chain to the bottom.

Pros: cold AC, comfortable clean bed, no carpet, mini fridge, microwave, clean, easy parking. Cons: noisy pothead neighbors arguing late into night, weed smell everywhere on property, non smoking room smelled like old cigarettes, luke warm water for showers, poor air quality, woke up with stuffy nose and mild cough. Small children crying and running the halls at midnight.

When we first arrived to the hotel, the guest infront of us was screaming at the person behind the desk saying that when they checked into their room, the sheets were covered in fecal matter and dog prints. He even showed us pictures of it. It smelled like “skunk” all throughout the lobby and even in our room. Since the stairwell is public there were random people running around all night. There were gunshots right below us at around midnight. Not a safe place to stay especially with kids.

When we got there there were a bunch of teenagers playing football and smoking pot in the parking lot right outside out window yelling and running by the window. Then we unpacked and began seeing roaches running around. We packed up and asked for a refund as we don't want to take a chance on bringing roaches home and having and expensive extermination bill. after several days of calling we finally got a refund that was $100 short. I complained but so far haven't received the $100. I will resort to BBB and Facebook and google reviews if not satisfied

The staff wasn't overly friendly, it smelled bad and the room was ehh...very small, the toilet was dirty and there were only 4 channels on the tv. The bed was pretty comy and the ac worked though. So, for just a night stay it did just fine.

If you can go somewhere else, do it.

I knew it wouldn't be the best stay, but from the syart, check in was not smooth. Room absolutely reeked of stale cigarette smoke, to the point where I had a difficult time sleeping. Hair dryer did not work at all. Click did not work. Some black mold in ceiling. Soap products poor. Shower poor.

The website indicated the place had been updated. My room had a lot of unrepaired damage to the room; ie: two holes in bathroom door from fist punch and the property badly needed mowing and upkeep. Do not stay there.

I did not end up staying here. My room smelled like marijuana even though it was a non-smoking room. I believe that this hotel has been taken over by low income because there was a lot of families and children that were hanging out on balconies and there were kids actually beating a car in the parking lot. I did not feel safe and I certainly did not want my car messed with I have stayed at this property in the past several years ago and had a great experience but did not feel safe and I will be working with Travelocity to get my refund

The hotel did not have enough staff to provide room cleaning services. The hotel management acknowledged that and tried to be helpful in giving clean towels and toilet supplies. Eventhough the facility is supposed to be smoke free, we could see patrons smoking outside the rooms.

This is a great little property for a good price if you’re just staying for a couple of nights or maybe just one. The front desk manager is fantastic and so kind. If you don’t feel like paying 1000 trillion dollars for a room, you should stay here.
