I didnt realize my room was an outside room or that the hotel was directly off the highway. My room is nothing like the pictures and it was extremely dirty.

I chose this location because I wanted to get closer to Wilmington and save a little on costs. I think it was a nice find for a chain hotel. The front desk clerk seems like a snob at first, but all I did was show him some kindness and smiled because I was genuinely happy and he eventually lit up and came around. So with that, I say the staff has been very kind and great. Even when I stayed an extra night my bed was made up using my kids stuffed animals all cute like along with fresh linens of course. A few things can use some upgrades like the blow dryer and the hanging area, and maybe even the shower water pressure. The sink water pressure was on point. The water heat also on point. All of the important things were taken care of or on point in my experience here. What really mattered to me was the friendly staff. Otherwise it would have been just another hotel stay. Thanks guys for some great customer service!

Would not recommend. Dirty, I placed my toiletries on counter and i saw a bug (Don’t know if it was roach. It was a crawling black bug I killed it and was ready to get out of there) However, I stayed slept with one eye open lol. Therefore, It’s a 1 star or less in my opinion.

People walking upstairs all night long, up and down the stairs, somebody tried actually open our room (105) with another door card. The room was clean, the front desk person that night was very nice. Location is great but you can have a quiet night in the ground floor rooms.

Heddie the lady who checked us in was great. Very welcoming and accommodated our request to have side by side rooms. She also has a terrific sense of humor! She is a great friendly face for the job. There was a lovely lady who help out with breakfast in the morning--I'm sorry I don't know her name--she too was very welcoming, friendly and heplful Both of these ladies deserve a raise!

I stayed for 2 nights in a room with a king bed for just myself. I liked that it was updated and very clean, with the exception of the floors. The only thing that bothered me a little was the floors were like a laminated wood and they could have been swept better before guest use. It wasn’t so much a bother that I had to bring it up or complain, I’m not that person. Just some crumbs/lint around the floor in some areas. The staff was very friendly! I would recommend this hotel for a quick stay or extended stay.

Didnt get to stay, I booked the night before. I showed up today at check in and they said a $150 holding fee was needed. And did y let me stay, and I want my money back but the hotel said they can't give me one and I would need one from the third party which I booked , Expedia .

We were looking for someplace inexpensive to stay for a night, and you get what you pay for. Front desk/check-in was great; lobby appeared clean and clerk was friendly, so no complaints there. But inside the rooms the walls must be made of papier-mâché. We could hear everything from the room next door, including their TV and their conversations, late into the night. Traffic outside was loud, being at a major intersection, but the walls and floors literally vibrated whenever something larger than a sedan drove by. Bring earbuds or a decent white noise machine if you want to sleep through the night. When the AC was running it helped, but it appeared to be on an eco setting that couldn’t be disabled because it turned off frequently. The room itself was clean, but very run down. Toilet made extended strange noises every time it was flushed and there were thick layers of caulk around the bathtub where it looked like it had been reapplied to address problems rather than replaced. Continental breakfast was average. Packaged pastries apparently right out of the fridge because they were cold and hard, and coffee was drinkable. We stayed here because we’re selling our house and showings were spread out over the course of two days and getting booked at the last minute, making it difficult to figure out when we could be home and when we had to leave. It was fine for a night but I wouldn’t stay here any longer than that.
