Welcome to my home. I know exactly what you may be looking for in your stay. My place is easy to get to using gps, peaceful, clean, and centrally located. 75" TV, wifi, and a popcorn maker will provide an awesome movie night experience. Water, coffee, tea, and a few snacks will always be available no matter what time you arrive. You will have the entire house to yourself with the lower level for storage off limits . I installed black out curtains so you can sleep in. Your queen bed will have a protective mattress cover to ensure a fresh mattress for each guest. Your own private bathroom located in your master bedroom. Walking distance to everything downtown like Banks, the YMCA, Wilmington Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, multiple parks (my favorite is Brandywine Park & Cool Springs Park), and places to eat. I've lived downtown for over two decades and can show you around or recommend places. Delicious Jamaican food? I know a spot.
Delicious Italian food? I know a spot
Delicious Mexican food? I know a spot.
Chain restaurants??? or Local spots? I know those too.
Live bands & drinks? I follow a few bands and sometimes have an extra seat at the table.
Late night food? I know a spot.
Want to explore at the local Farmers market? I know a few you may enjoy.

Need a pickup from the train or Airport? I may be able to arrange that as well. Philadelphia airport is about 20-25 minutes

Im looking forward to hosting each and every guest.

Several guest have extended their stay.
Multiple traveling nurses have said my place is the best they have stayed at in Wilmington.
But the best compliment is when a guest tells me they felt comfortable and at home right away!
