We went for my son open house in RIT and it’s a long drive from NYC. The staff at the front desk were so nice and the guy at the breakfast was so kind he give us a container for pancakes we are running late. We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.
