Great stay. Spacious with pool and gym amenities. Walking distance to kids activity area and Blackcomb gondola and 15 minutes walk to village centre. Very convenient.

Woodrun 109 Excellent

Pros: Large, comfortable, refreshed, spotless unit as described. Excellent location. Helpful, friendly front desk staff. Well furnished generally and well equipped kitchen, which we made good use of. Cons: Some common areas showing wear and tear. Check-in wasn't perfectly clear from the emailed instructions, but a call to the property manager cleared this up quickly. Good communication with the prop mgr before the stay; during the stay not as timely. Some things in the guest handbook not accurate / out of date (e.g. wifi ID & password) but this is a nit. The guest bike storage super crowded -- my Litespeed and Lynskey gained some new battle scars. No AC -- hot the last 2 days during a heatwave and one of those days the pool was out of commission for retiling. There's a shortage of seating at the pool, especially shaded seating. All in all a great stay. We would stay again. None of the cons are deal breakers -- not even close.

Good location, low traffic, easy access on ground floor. Nicely appointed.

Great accommodations, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Would like to see an option for streaming media in the room for those of us who are evening movie buffs. Bluray had Netflix built in but no network attached - Chromecasts are cheap, perhaps an option. Wifi drops out in master bedroom. Please add a reusable mesh coffee filter, we got some paper ones from guest services but they didn't fit well. Overall a great place. recommended.

Lovely place but Bad beds

Large place. Comfortable furniture except mattress are old or cheap. Very hard. Place us a 5* otherwise. Pool is great. Front staff are excellent. Great location for lost lake and bike trails.
