It’s a very nice resort overall. Everything is plain, old but clean. We only stayed there for one night, it was comfortable and clean. They charged us extra resort fee even though we appeared late at night and by 10am were already supposed to check out so obviously we wouldn’t use the facilities of the resort. We had a one bedroom suit with a little kitchen fully stocked with everything. It was a coffee maker but no coffee

Not a good experience

If you want to stay in a property that stayed in 70's with minimum upgrades, fight in a morning to get a chair by the pool, have outdated TV, beg for toiletries, clean your room including taking out garbage, and a tiny bed - then don't look any further, this is your place. Claming to be 3.5 stars... They are fooling you - its 2.5 at the most.

We booked this location expecting a great experience. Unfortunately, that was not what we received. Lets start with arrival, there was a line of about 8, while one of the staff set at the desk filing her nails. I get it, maybe she was off the clock. Any who, get to the desk, no information shared at all and sent on my way to get parking tag. Get to parking tag, where they try to drag you into their free lunches to sell you time shares and such. After turning him down several times, he rudely hands me the parking pass and walks away. I suppose angry I didnt budge. We get to our building, 1 elevator is working, long line of folks and about a 28 minute wait to get on elevator. The room, first impression walking in the room was very humid, smelled bad, dirty floors, you can tell these rooms are not cleaned well between visitors. Everything is outdated, which can be passable if it were clean. We go to pull the sofa-bed and theres TONS of food under neath it. If we could see it, i am sure the housekeeping staff has too. The floors were filthy. Hair, crumbs, you name it. But after a 30 hr drive we were tired and decided to just deal with it. Walked into the bathroom and it reeked with urine smell. I sprayed it down with disinfectant and tried to make the best of it. Called to report and was brushed off. The shower head is horrible, no pressure, Mold, black mold around the ENTIRE shower! Just horrible

We love the area of Weston. The rooms are very nice. We always do the A unit. It’s a nice size. Plenty of restaurants !

Tout était parfait ,chambre avec lit et canapés lit,mini cuisine toit inclus meme le savon a vaisselle... si j'avais un point negatif a mettre serait beaucoup de gens a la piscine donc pas de chaises pour tout le monde , mais le resort enlève les trucs (sur les chaises )personnel apres 45mins d'inactivité.. donc les gens qui se lève tres tot pour mettre une serviette sur la chaises pour la réserver se la font retiré si ils ne restent pas présent

Quick getaway for the Gators

Trip was a quick 2 night getaway from Tampa area to see the gators in the Everglades. The hotel/resort was nice the rooms clean and huge! Very close to Gator Boys Holiday Park. Many restaurants and shopping within 10 minute drive. Only negative was no coffee until 8am, and pretty much all activities at resort are done by 3pm. Who karaokes from 2pm-3pm only...LOL other than that would recommend!

The property is in a very beautiful safe area. The unit was average and fine for the price point. No beds. Dated but clean. Front desk staff unfriendly and pool area is hard to find a chair. Most guest take 2 chairs for each person which doesnt allow any chairs for others. Otherwise the property is not high end by any means but is was good at this price. Get unit A. Unit B says theres a queen bed but it felt like a double.
