Check-in was very easy. They reserved a quiet corner room for us. What we did not like: the room heating/Air system was very noisy and not working well. We did not like the sign saying not allow to take any food out from the breakfast area. We never stayed any hotels with a sign not allowing to take food out. If you have a handicapped member, who cannot come to the kitchen area, or who needs to go to work early, are you saying that they are not allowed to eat breakfast at the hotel?
