The AC wasn’t working, the staff didn’t care hear us out. They dismissed our situation. I mean if you suggest for your customers to sleep with their window open then put screens on your windows! No refrigerators in room. The whole experience was horrible!

The first room I was given had bed bugs. Need I say more. They did move me to a newly renovated room with a brand new mattress. I found the bugs by placing a warm iron on the mattress - the bed bugs come right out of the mattress. It was disgusting.
