The only downside was that the TVs were not smart, and it was easy for kids to make purchases when their parents were not looking. I may need to update to a smart TV that has access to YouTube, Netflix, and other services so I can stay here next time. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The check-instaff was not friendly. I asked for late checkout for an hour and was told no. The evening snacks were late and seemed to not be enough and I thought were taken early. The breakfast was good but staff seemed to be not enough. I have stayed many times at that embassy suites near Washington Square and it has always been really wonderful so I hope it will improve.

Some staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. The beds were small. I booked a queen but it felt like a double. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The property was average, but there was a large group of youth teams at the property for the weekend.

The telephone in the bedroom had a layer of dust and we got out into a handicap room without asking for one. The bedroom carpet from the bathroom is all frayed and portions of the carpet need to be trimmed back. The rooms are tired. I’m in hospitality for 55 yrs
