Family Accommodations in Westcourt

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Shangri-La Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. A special mention to the receptionist, Nao, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help. Their dedication truly made our experience even more memorable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views, great location and ultimate comfort. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, with delicious food and a great variety of options. Every facility—from the pool to the spa—was top-notch and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I would highly recommend Shangri-La to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. Can’t wait to visit again!

Comfortable clean room

Room very small, hotel very busy, there was no where to sit out and have a glass of wine, poolside cafe only. Our room was very small and sheets stained badly. Would have been ok for one night but I was sad I had to spend 3 days there. Travelling so seeing many hotels
