Many signs of deferred and postponed maintenance. Worn furniture. Slow drains, burned out light bulbs. Roach found in bathroom. Bed mattress worn out. Pillows flat, etc.

I’ve probably not stayed in a worse hotel. The bed springs were coming through. The safe didn’t work. The bath didn’t drain very well so ended up with a lot of water during a shower There was ALOT of people hanging out the back of the hotel that were smoking drugs. The fire alarm went off one night for no reason in the middle of the night. The lift had error lights on. If there was anything positive was that the aircon worked albeit noisy. There was a working fridge and microwave and the room was serviced every day. Desperately in need of complete renovation.

Exactly what you’d expect for the price…

Beds were fine, not very comfortable. Floor was dirty, mold in the corners of the bathroom moulding. TV didn’t work. Smelled like dirty laundry throughout the whole place.

I wouldn't be as harsh in my rating if it wasn't for the fact I paid $200 for the night. The room has chipped paint and damaged furniture. The WiFi was too slow for me to effectively work on. The fridge on the coldest setting was barely above room temp so I threw away the dairy/egg products I had stored. Also, there was a piece of broken glass in my my room that stuck in my foot.

From the front desk staff (kid with glasses) an attitude the whole time. Next the tv wasn’t even working. The elevator did not work. There was smoking outside the premises and to top that off it was weed ! I had my child with me which was very unsafe. I felt even terrified afterwards! There was loud music playing outside the hotel until 11pm, then became noisy around 2am with music playing again ! Worst worst by far the worst experience ever !!
