The room was pleasant. Only grievance was a blood stain on the sheet. But front desk rectified the problem by giving me another sheet.

They messed up my booking. I was booked from 2/10-2/15 & fully paid but when I came back on 2/13, all my stuff were gone from my room. Per their records they said I was booked for 3 nights only, not 5. Aside from invading my privacy & touching all my personal stuff, the front desk clerk was very rude & gave me an attitude instead of apologizing for their mistake. To top it all, I can’t talk to a manager & everyone is giving me a hard time.

Room and general area was good. Hallway and stairs look old and not kept up. Staff was not very helpful. We forgot an item in the room and called to ask them to keep it until the next day when we would pick it up; we got there the next day and they did not have the item and didn't seem to care.
