Water view in Harwich
Summary: we had 6 adults there for a week and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy some meals, it’s convenient to Hyannis to catch ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and/or Nantucket, and it is right on Pleasant Road Beach for beach days.
The good: the house is very spacious and has water views from the living room and master bedroom; there are effectively 2 master suites as two large rooms have en suite bathrooms; there are 4 full bathrooms (the listing shows 3 1/2, but all bathrooms have showers); the kitchen is large and well equipped and having the wine fridge and prep sink in the kitchen were nice extras
The room for improvement: first VRBO we’ve had that didn’t have digital locks so we had to stop at the rental agency to pick-up and drop-off keys which wasn’t convenient; there were a few maintenance issues (e.g. toilet not flushing properly) - didn’t adversely affect our week, but were a little disappointing; the furniture needs a refresh - a little worn; no chairs on the MB deck - best ocean view on the house, but nowhere to sit.
